The All-Russian Decorative Art Museum opens the country's first permanent exposition of national design of the 20th and 21st centuries, "Vesch! Re/Construction". The project includes iconic objects of Soviet designers from the birth of VHUTEMAS School in 1920 to the experimental works of contemporary object designers.

The new exposition reveals surprising aspects of Russian folk life and shows the rarest examples of the folk art from the museum's collection, which was started by the Russian patron of art Sergey Timofeyevich Morozov at the end of the XIXth century.

The All-Russian Decorative Art Museum draws the results of the large-scale project ‘Designed and Made in Russia’ and opens an exhibition of object design based on the results of the IV Biennale competition. ‘Designed and Made in Russia’ is an entire ecosystem consisting of a competition, exhibitions, business programme, presentations, meetings, which has united more than 1500 professionals.

Natalia Tur created her own spiritual world, filled with the bright joy of contemplation. Her Poles are like a kind of "peculiar slice of life". Having found herself for the first time on the White Sea and the Solovetsky Islands, she managed to convey on her canvases the severe beauty of the Russian North, and in the south she was enchanted by the riotous colors of the views of Bakhchisarai, the Crimean Mountains, and sea breezes. The author travels around the world in search of new places and impressions, where nature itself suggests plots and images.

This spring, the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Arts will host the now traditional exhibition and sale of contemporary interior and artistic ceramics and other materials, Salon de 4ceramics.
